Lonbar Properties is based in Barcelona but has Spanish and UK based shareholders. We specialise in making life easy for people trying to make the important investment decisions involved in purchasing a property in Barcelona or the Costa Brava.
Fernando Martinez-Aguado is the managing director and is based in Barcelona. He is fluent in English, and obviously Spanish and Catalan. He has extensive experience of helping overseas purchasers acquire property in Spain. His other partner, Peter Rooke has first hand experience of owning property in Spain and all that is involved in making the purchasing process smooth for foreign investors.
